In my 5 years as a forex trader, I have not found any broker who can get your job done so fast as GFC Markets. In my knowledge, traders always face a lot of problems with their brokers for money withdrawal, technical support and the manual closing of the deal. Even the most popular brokers tend to provide wrong quotations and introduce delays in closing the deal. All these tactics reduce the profit margin. However, with GFC Markets, I have faced no such problems. I use the mobile and web-based platforms provided by this broker and both work very well. In four months there has been no crashing of the software or technical errors. I love to trade through the GFC mobile platform. It makes me feel amazed at how advanced the technology is for me to invest even while walking on the road.

Customer care support is another area in which this broker scores over other reputed brokers. Live chat support is very prompt. Their executives were able to solve my problem relating to the spread range within a few seconds. With all my experience and knowledge, I will recommend GFC Markets to all traders and particularly to new ones.

My experience with GFC Markets has been excellent. In my opinion, the best feature of this broker is that it offers desktop, web-based and mobile trading platforms. This allows me to perform trading while I am out of town or shopping or enjoying with the family. The mobile trading platform works well to access real-time information for different currency pairs. Although it is a little more complex than the desktop or web-based platforms, I like trading via the mobile GFC Trader whenever I am away from my laptop.

I found the information available through experts very helpful in trading forex. Another exciting feature is prompt customer service. One can access customer support through chat, mail or telephone. I have contacted customer care thrice through live chat and every time they resolved my query promptly. This is the benefit of trading through a relatively new broker. However, the lack of experience can sometime be considered as a drawback. I believe GFC Markets is a smart choice for both novice and experienced traders.
